Sorry for being a nuisance. I'm new to all of this.
My first Mounjaro pen (2.5mg) finished last Thursday. I was able to extract another dose from it yesterday with a syringe and took it last night (Tuesday). I had no side effects from the beginning but in the last 5 or 6 days I was getting 'food noise' again.
I got my 5mg pen today but haven't used it yet. When should I take my first shot?
My 2.5mg has finished. My next dose is due on Thursday. For the last 3 weeks I have easily avoided all junk food but in recent days I have felt the 'food noise' returning. I'm guessing this is a sign to move up to 5mg.
Would that be a correct assumption?
I recently bought a Naturehike CW700 bag but unfortunately after only one use I have to return it.
The bag is warm and it has a YKK zip but the zip keeps snagging on the inner lining every time I pull it up or down and it jams pretty firmly. Last week I used it for the first and only time and I had to get up twice during the night. The zip catching was a nightmare. After a lot of faffing around I can get it free but going forward I don't find it acceptable and I will never get used to this problem.
Anyway I'm looking for an alternative ...
- Rectangle shape with a hood
- A zip that goes up and down without too much trouble
- Similar warmth to the CW700
- I only want down filled due to packing size.
Any suggestions would be appreciated but please ... don't recommend a mummy shape bag or one without a hood even if you think they're fantastic.
What pad would you recommend for an overweight 60 year old man (6ft tall and 120kg weight) who twists and turns throughout the night.
The wider the better.
What can I expect? Some say nausea will be an issue. I haven't had any issues with 2.5mg for the last month since I started.
Any advice?
