I'm stuck - Work in Progress
I have this painting from years ago and recently started working on it again. It's done with watercolor and watercolor pencil. I'm committed to finishing it, but I'm stuck.
I'm looking for thoughts on how I can give it more life. It feels static and too tentative. Also the colors between the tree, grass and background are too much the same, and I'm not loving how cartoony it's looking.
If this was your painting, what would you do next?
