Why so few views?
Like seriously, this is bizarre. I’m a Moomoo and yes, there has been a long wait for the girls’ comeback (like SHINee!!), but their new release has had 1.5m views in less than 24hrs. And RBW does not stretch itself in terms of promotion.
This makes me feel like SM really failed to feed the algorithm on this one, especially with the thumbnail. I guess I’m just frustrated because this is such a good song. At least casual SHINee fans should know about it, and I know there’s at least 1M of those around the world!!
EDIT: First of all, I don’t mean to guilt anyone about not streaming. I’m just really excited about this single, more so than any of SHINee’s recent releases, and bummed it doesn’t seem to be getting more reach.
Also, guys I am a millennial with two young kids 😭
I totally get just enjoying the MV once and then listening to it on Spotify. It sounds so much better there!
I suppose I just massively underestimated the difference between “organic” (~800K?) and “inflated” (34 MILLION for HARD) views. I’m learning. Thanks for those of you in the replies helping me understand how this works.
