How would you stay afloat when managing a high volume of projects in a professional services role?

I’m professional services managing about 80 projects. One thing I am struggling to do is recapping meetings, making note of immediate action items, next steps, and tracking important decisions that are made through email and meetings.

For meeting recaps, I have to rely on starting a transcript, and then feeding it through ai for a recap.

For action items and overall status/ health, I use one note. It’s a nightmare I don’t have a process and would like guidance. I.e if
You use excel, what format do you use, any pm tools or processes I can follow?

Planning to start applying to the big companies and need advice please!

I’m a senior project manager at a tech company. It’s in professional services delivering projects to clients and it’s upward of about 60 projects I manage so it is a very high paced environment. I have passed my PMP and feel it is time for me to aim for that big role I.e Amazon, Microsoft, etc etc.

What are tips from people who have made that shift? What’s the day to days like in those positions? I’m not sure if I want to go to a big company like that and continue delivering projects to external clients who purchase our products or be an internal Pm but am open to that.

I’m getting into prepping burritos but I cannot find a healthy tortilla wrap that doesn’t have a lot of artificial and bad ingredients and taste good. Does anyone have recommendations on brands or even homemade??

I buy the Costco ones but they have too many calories and carbs for my
Macros but ohhhh soooo goood
