Hello,

I am wondering if you have advice. We frequently get clients who want to work with their own stones which is amazing as we are always happy to customize designs with them.

However let’s say we get dimensions for a center stone of 8mm x 4mm we have to reprint our wax several times because the measurements are consistently smaller than the actual gemstone.

Is this a calibration between our 3d printer, or can we adjust our setting to be more accurate.

We are using rhino 3D
