Ordered from Douglas recently and it's been an absolute nightmare. Currently 15 working days into a 1-10 working day promise and I've just been told that they don't even know when they might get the materials in to begin assembly, much less when it's actually going to be finished. Has anyone else been running into this problem with them/other bed-in-a-box companies? I'm trying to decide whether it's better to just cut my losses and buy something from my local sleep country instead.
