Weird white spot in opening

So I have been to the emergency department twice in the past 2 weeks for an incision and drainage. The first time they did it they left the wound open and it closed up too fast so the abscess grew right back immediately. I just had it done again about 72 hours ago. This time they packed it. I removed the packing myself yesterday and today I decided to get a good look at the area with a mirror. I noticed this spot of white right in the center of the hole. I thought it was pus so I took a baby wipe and tried to wipe it off. It wouldn't budge. I've tried using my nails to scrape it out a little bit but nothing comes out. I don't know what the hell it is. I would say it's about the size of a pea. My PCP won't do anything in office so they basically said just go back to the emergency department again which I won't do because I can't afford it. Have any of you ever seen anything like this or experienced it yourself? Part of me just wants to take tweezers and try to pluck it out but the thought makes me nauseous.

Incision & Drainage but still a lump

5 days ago I went to the emergency room and had an abscess cut and drained. At that point I had a lump on the left side, right side, and directly in the center. It hurt to exist. I'm not certain if this was multiple different abscesses or just one huge one. The emergency room doctor made an incision directly in the midline, which I'm reading now is not exactly the best method. I'm still having drainage so today I set up a mirror and kind of took a look around. The lump on the right is gone as well as most of the center. But I noticed I still have a pretty good abscess on the left side which was the original problem. When I press on it gently a lot of pus is still coming out. For those of you that have had an incision and drainage is this typical 5 days later? I guess I just expected it to clear out by now. I don't know if it's a good idea to press on it or if I should just leave it alone.

What should I do?

I posted a couple days ago that I thought I might have a pilonidal cyst. I went to the doctor on Friday and she confirmed it and said she would put in a referral for a surgeon to look at it. She did nothing while I was there. At the time it only hurt when I was sitting and it was about the size of a marble beneath the skin. Fast forward 24 hours and I was in excruciating pain even if I was standing. Today it's even worse. Even though it's not really visible, when I feel around the lump appears to me at least double the size it was Friday or more. It's so far beneath the skin. I don't know if I should wait to hear from the surgeon this week or go to the emergency room or urgent care. Our urgent cares are staffed by new nurse practitioners. I'm not saying they aren't capable of helping but I've not had the best experiences there in the past. As far as the ER it's at least in 8 hour wait and I don't know how I could sit in the waiting room at this point. I just don't know what to do. I fell from a ladder 10 years ago and dislocated my tailbone and I'm telling you this is just as painful if not more than that was. Did any of you have a positive experience with urgent care or the ER?

Pilonidal Cyst (I think)

About 3 years ago I first noticed a small lump above my buttcrack. It was painful for about a week and then it went away. Ever since, about once a year it'll flare up and then go away on its own. This time around it's been over 2 weeks and seems to be getting worse. I did finally make a doctor's appointment for tomorrow morning, but I just wanted everyone's opinion. Do you think this is a pilonidal cyst? I know it doesn't look horrible like some of them I've seen here, but it hurts like hell and has a gross smell. I just want to get it taken care of before it gets worse. As a 45 year old woman I just think it's odd that this happened all of a sudden. I'm so afraid the doctor is going to tell me it's nothing to worry about and send me on my way.
