My question is if Fitbit automatically will read my workouts or running sessions.
When I had whoop everything was synced beautifully.
I was using an app on my watch to go through workout and on whoop app I could see that it synced this workout and it was shown in activities.
Unfortunately Helio does not do this.

Does Fitbit support this? Does it sync everything from apple health?
