in terms of spin, speed and forgiveness which one is better?

im having a hard time choosing between vega europe and rozena for my backhand. my main goal right now is to master the backhand flick which is a big weak point for me.
i also use my backhand for receiving serves, chop blocks, and occasional third ball attacks.
the rest of the setup includes dhs pg7 blade and dhs hurricane neo 3 on forehand.
any advice on which rubber would suit me better?
