Discussion: What do you think of Billy Batson saving Black Adam's life a second time?

Geoff Johns brought back the idea of Black Adam turning to dust after reverting to his human form, drawing inspiration from classic Shazam stories. Previously, Billy Batson had returned Black Adam's ashes to Kahndaq, allowing him to be resurrected by his people. Later, during their battle against Superboy-Prime, they shouted 'Shazam!' together to take Prime down. This caused Adam to turn back into dust, but Billy shared his powers with Adam so he could live again. Do you think Billy was naive to share his powers with Adam, or was he trying to prove to Adam that sharing power is not a weakness?

Question: Blaze and Satanus were the children of the original Wizard, Jebediah of Canaan. Since the New 52 replaced him with Mamaragan, their parentage is a bit unclear. Are they connected to this new Wizard? Because the original Wizard is now with The Quintessence.

Black Adam uses Arab Kryptonite Sword to take down Supergirl

The sword was reference to historical islamic sword 'Zulfiqar'. And the other fun fact Adam and Powergirl were initially planned as lovers in early 2000s JSA run until Geoff Johns cancelled the idea.

Joe Casey speaks about cancelled Kneel Before Zod issue 9 to 12 and what after them for Zod.

Sounds more interesting than current Kingdom of Zod event. Zod will dominate the planet Khundia and have them as his army. Use Chem-eclipse which can transform yellow suns into red suns to face Superman and earth. Meeting Phantom King and Aleea Strange. Much to make Zod an emperor with cosmic level threat potentiality. Joe Casey's plans with Zod were amazing. It is sad that we cannot see his ideas that will make Zod different than what we saw before.

Black Adam has some of the coolest moments

This is from Justice League of America #7.4 2013 during Forever Evil event. It's great story and presented Black Adam with rejecting to be a ruler of Kahndaq and viewing himself as protector to his homeland. Alas this progress could not be continued due to different writers' perspectives on the character.

This is one of most famous pages from Doomsday Clock #8. Superman meets Black Adam. But actually it has big important things here...

The three statues next to Black Adam are actually his first family that died in ancient Kahndaq. It is his wife Shiruta and his sons Gon and Hurut. Kahndaq flag above Adam, the three triangles represent thier souls. I'm convinced he loves them more than his second family and they were the reason that he became Black Adam.

Black Adam profile in Doomsday clock #5

Geoff Johns reveals Kahndaq's precise location. Black Adam restored history and apparently Black Adam remembers Ahk-ton and maybe he had some feud with him along with affirmation of new 52 origin still canon.

Based on my interpretation, these are the stories Black Adam remembers from his history:

1- Shazam New 52 story 2- Justice league of America #7.4 2013 story 3- The death of his family from 52 but apparently not other things in that run 4- Maybe some events from 2000s early JSA run

About Black Adam

I always notice something about Black Adam's character.Whenever Geoff Johns writes him individually, he excels. He portrays him as a hero and a protector who rejects monarchy and welcomes immigrants into his country, Kahndaq. In contrast, when he is co-written by other authors, his impact diminishes; they interpret him superficially as just a dictator who executes people.I believe Geoff Johns, due to his Lebanese heritage, tries to present Black Adam as a hero—even if he isn't a traditional one. He does this to soften the negative Middle Eastern stereotypes prevalent in the West. What do you think?
