Wondering if anyone has some insight!

Last weekend, I had borrowed someone else’s RB67 and shot two completely new rolls. The whole time, I was either at 1/60 or 1/125 sec at around F/5.6, but all of the scans came back more or less looking like this. I’ve watched a few guides and tutorials on YouTube and can’t figure out where I went wrong. To be extra safe, I even put the dark slide back in each time before advancing the roll.

Edit: Historically, I’ve primarily shot with Hasselblads and have zero issues
