Hi all, for some reason my surname came up as my friends but I have been unable to change it, I cant seem to find any fixes for this?

Hi all, I am currently 140KG and have just started on the Wegovy injection, they say to add protein to my diet and i think i have been doing that well but I am thinking of also adding a protein shake to days that I go to the gym, any advice on what sort of one i should go for, thinking about getting one with creatine in as well for the recovery aspect.

Also looking for advice on what weights to prioritise while lifting
