There is also an activated reality anchor…protected from deactivation by a hyper-specific password, with the only hint of what it is being “Someone I hurt.” which…the fact it’s activated is likely the reason why the Phantom Ruby hasn’t brought the jackal back…though, it’s unknown if it’s also the reason for the robot jackals current deactivated state.

Mere moments after we see this, he attaches it to where his right arm used to be before a HARDLIGHT Projection makes it look like his old right arm.

He raises it and points it towards…something before…

Tails: “Looks like I’ll have a new weapon in my arsenal after all…”

He goes to look at The Wraith Addendum suit…and places it onto the table he was once working on that arm at…before beginning to modify it.

As he does this…a certain someone enters the hideout.

He just stares at the (still-open) coffin and therefore Nova’s Corpse…there are genuine tears in his eyes…keep in mind, I don’t think I’ve ever actually had Infinite TRULY cry before now.

Adeline doesn’t know yet…she’s still inside Regulators HQ right now…but…she’ll be heartbroken when she does find out…
