Hi, I'm new to Ice Cream making as of this year. Ive had some successes & some complete failures. But I'm curious about this.

Recipe-wise it wasn't anything fancy beyond trying to steep tea in the milk & cream and the tea was caged. But overall I used Milk,Heavy Whipping Cream, sugar, egg yolk, tea, xanthan gum.

I just haven't had dots appear before.
