Carpet issues
I got my 2025 Corolla Cross this time last year and have been feeling so frustrated with carpet issues. My carpet on the floor of the passenger side and back seat is coming out of the seam. I have taken it back to the dealership 3 times now. The first time, they tucked it back in (took 30 seconds) and it came right out. The second time, they told me they glued it and it came out within days. The third time, they added an extra layer of fabric under the carpet to prevent it from dislocating and it came out again within the week. I feel like giving up and just accepting that my new car’s carpet will never be secure. We have owned various Toyotas (Matrix, Highlander, Camry) and never had carpet problems even after having the cars for over 7+ years so why is this happening to my car😔😔
I know the easy solution is to keep tucking it in but I’m shocked that I have to keep doing this with my new car, has anyone else experienced this? The dealership said that this is a common occurrence in Corolla Cross models.
