GCI basic level of service speed increase
GCI's throttled speed had been 10 Mbps for forever, but they removed the throttle speed rate from their site sometime in the past few months. From testing, it now appears to be 25 Mbps though. That's actually fairly useful now since multiple people can stream without bogging it down, and it doesn't take a full day to download a game.
