Crippling aerophobia 1 month away from flight
Hi. I have been petrified of flying since I was a child. I am about a month out from my trip and I have been breaking down and crying continuously. I will be meeting friends I have known online for six years in Canada. There are two flights there and two flights back, and I will be flying American Airlines. I am so excited, but also very terrified of worst-case scenarios. I am planning to talk more with my therapist in the coming weeks, but I just wanted to ask if anyone has any advice. I am sick with worry and crying myself to sleep, and I want to be able to feel excited about meeting my friends.
Thanks for any help you can give!!
