Is this the infamous Tree of Heaven, or a Neem tree?

Curious to know if this is a ToH, or a Neem? Doesn't smell great, and haven't had any seeds yet, but we cut one down and this grew back to this size in about a year, and then there were two...

Is it just me, or do people take pet ownership too lightly?

I work as a chef, 10-20 hour days, have always owned a dog and made it work to bond and walk them and never had an issue, and currently I am a happy happy boy with my Dane.

A mate of mine bought a dane a year ago, and is now moving without it due to tenancy laws. It's now 11 months old.

I love dogs, not random animals/cats/iguanas, just dogs.

I cannot fathom the carelessness and inhumanity of it, and I have cut contact with her.

I feel like there should be more regulation about owning larger dogs.

Edit: The choice was made on a whim, no planning or forethought.

Not looking to fix, I have a plan, just looking to rant. It pisses me off immensely that people neglect dogs.

Womble, Duchess, and our little *the* Bandito Miko

Womble and D proceeded to fuck right off in the opposite direction about 15 seconds after realising Miko is an asshole, apparently.
