Alright, I went on this little day hike years ago and have since lost the trail, so I'm looking for help!
It was like these little canyons, probably max 30 minutes south/southwest of Denver proper, very desert-like vibes, you just kinda pull over off the road and get down into the small canyons, it the dirt was kinda red, but not as red as like Red Rocks in Morrison.

I remember 'Deer-something,' but just went to Deer Creek today, and that was not it for sure.

Any help would be much appreciated!
