Hot Take: I think characters getting over nerfed is healthier for the game than being under nerfed
In this game where characters can go months on end being hard meta and getting hit with 100 micro nerfs, hitting Black Cat with a Giga nerf is probrably for the best. We don't want another Gambit situation where they don't fix the actual issue.
And if she under performs after the fact, Micro Buff until she's where she needs to be. I'd rather strike a strong character down to unusability then gradualy bring them to a balanced state than slowly wittle a busted character down over months of having to deal with them in an OP State.
