I’m from the Middle East and planning to move to Germany. I have Crohn’s disease and may need biologic treatment like Stelara (ustekinumab).
I would really appreciate advice on:
What are the steps to access healthcare in Germany as a foreigner?

Do I need public or private health insurance to get biologics?

Can I continue treatment if I was diagnosed outside Germany?

How long does it usually take to see a gastroenterologist and start biologics like Stelara?

Any tips to speed up the process?
