Has anyone else gone/going through this?

Doc put me in a boot, said stay off for 2 weeks. I did. Two weeks later, the fracture is worse.

It's wrapped now plus boot.

Any advice on things I haven't tried to get this to heal? I really don't want surgery if at all possible. TIA
