Hello, it has been a long time since I’ve been on here. I would like to try to get back to it. It is helpful ..so I have chronic pain and I recently severely broke my ankle. I had to have a pretty big surgery a plate some screws. This has been one of the hardest challenges that I’ve been through having chronic pain and now my foot hurts all the time lol I know it will heal. It just has been taking forever. Having chronic pain and being in pain has been wild .. I hope everybody on here is doing well.
