Degenerative disc - looking for pack alternatives
I've developed bad lumbar disc issues and find that even a moderate daypack is too much for me to carry without a lot of pain.
I've briefly looked into a hip-pack in order to be able to hold water, snacks, first aid kit... and am wondering if that would potentially work for me.
Anybody else in a similar boat try that?
