Genesect as traded to me by a buddy, all of the others are self caught in PoGo.
I also have legit, self-redeemed shiny Wo-Chien and Ting-Lu from S/V.

My offered Pokemon are all self redeemed from an extra copy of Scarlet/Violet. If concerned I can take a pic of my mystery gift redemptions.
