Any tips for this spinach and cilantro?

Planted these a few weeks ago and have been watering them regularly. They get nearly all day sun. Yet they haven’t seemed to grow at all. At least not enough to harvest any.

We had the same issue with similar plants last year which were at ground level. We figured the dogs were peeing on them which hurt their growth so we went with elevated beds. But the plants still aren’t really growing.

Is there a way to trim/harvest that would benefit the growth?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Edit: sorry it mostly my wife’s garden. I believe it’s spinach, basil, parsley and cilantro.

How many of you wear your watch to bed?

Is it odd that I don’t wear mine while I sleep? I’d like to use some of the functions that only work if you wear it constantly, but it’s uncomfortable to wear in bed.

Just wanted to get a rough idea if Im one of a few that doesn’t bother wearing it while I slept.

Thanks for any posts.

Edit: as of 6:50pm est on June 1st, 94 wear at night out of 111 posts. So a little over 84% do wear it while sleeping (assuming I counted and did the math correctly).

Is my Garmin sending me mixed messages?

My recommended workout for today was a 27 minute run at a slow pace. A recovery run, if you will.

After doing it my training status turned to “overreaching”.

From the app:
“Your overall fitness is holding steady, but your recent high training load may ultimately lead to excessive strain. Try decreasing your training load a bit”

Why would it recommend that I go for a run if I'm over trained?

Am I misreading something?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Garmin Fenix 7 pro vibrates at 7:20am

I have my morning report on and set at 7:20am. I don’t mind getting the morning report at that time, I just don’t like the vibration part. Is there anyway to keep the morning report but set it to night vibrate when it gives it to me? On the occasions I get to sleep in, I’d rather not be woken up by the vibration.

Thanks in advance.

Found a deal on a Fenix 7 pro (non sapphire) for $300. The sapphire version is about $150 more. Is it really worth it?
