Hello, I currently use ceraV moisturizer in the tub at night and during the day with some cosrx snail 96 underneath. With winter subsiding I’m looking for a more lightweight moisturizer that is safe for sebderm, rosacea and does not have cica/centella. Any recommendations are greatly appreciated.
Unhappy at my current job with a terrible manager and toxic work culture. I have great benefits and earning the highest salary I have had yet. Had a final interview for a new job that I think I would really enjoy with great teammates. Would give me great experience in healthcare operations which I believe has a lot of room for job growth and security in the future. It pays 15k less, and the health insurance and retirement are not as good. It’s still decent benefits and would earn enough to get by, but probably not save as much (even with my spouses income). My friends and husband say my mental health and happiness is more important than anything even if I’m not making as much money. Do you all agree or would I be making a bad move for my career?
