Has anyone experienced an anomaly on their drug receipts where the total paid by you is a quite a few dollars LOWER than the total claim amount minus the portion covered by Canada Life? You might only notice this if you have secondary insurance and try to do an online claim for the remaining amount which autopopulates (incorrectly) the amount paid by you. If I submit the claim online I’d be claiming a higher amount than on the receipt. Neither the pharmacy (shoppers drug mart) nor Canada Life can tell me what’s happening.
