Livestream titles, what has worked best for you?

Simple question for those of you who livestream rather often. I have been livestreaming daily/every other day for at least an hour. But I have achieved hardly any success as of views.
Of course keeping viewers engaged is a seperate problem but, do you have any tips or suggestions for what the livestream should look like from the outside, that can lure more viewers to at least click onto the livestream?
What I mean is, are there any key words, emojis, syntaxes, or styled that you utilize when you create the livestream title that gets people interested?
Or possibly even, is it a thumbnail trick? What are your thoughts?

What the heck "needs attention"?

Just found that an experience I'm
almost finished on "needs attention", but cannot find anything in studio or on website hub that signifies of any attention needed. Is this something that's ok to ignore?

Question about A-school that I cannot find an answer for

There is a specific rate that is "critical" at the moment. I am highly considering going that route but still unsure. I really have 2 questions concerning this.
1, For a rate that is critical, knowing that the normal wait list is waived, how long should the real wait list be now? Or better, if I signed for a critical rates' A-school today, how soon should I receive orders? Would it be within a few days, week, or months?
2, To my understanding, after 6 months of being an E-2 I will automatically be promoted to an E-3, assuming I do nothing stupid. But I also know you go from E-3 to E-4 upon graduation A-school and becoming a rated petty officer. But, what happens if I graduate A-school before ever becoming an E-3? Is it possible to jump from E-2 to E-4? Or better, am I required to be an E-3 for a certain amount of time?

Thank you for taking the time to read
