After operation of synovial s

Had operation for 9 hours , doctor took out a monster out of me, 15x9x5 cm, he was hiding behind my knee, didn't do radiation or chemo, Dr cut some of the muscles but i was able to stand, leg function is preserved, just I'm fainting after standing more than 30 sec, my brain just go off, Hemoglobin on 7,9 . Ahead of me is radiation and we will see about chemo. Journey started, stay strong everyone

Chemo therapy on slow mitotic tumor

Reading about SS came to info that recommended chemo is Doxorubicin / ifosfamide , which is effective in 50-60% of cases , since my tumor is slow mitotic type , and chemo is targeting reproductive system of the cells , does it means that it will not work and that I’m wasting time if I’m doing 6 rounds of chemo that will last 3 months ?

Synovial sarcoma behind knee

Got a big one behind my knee , 15x9x5 cm , my doctor in Doha recommend surgery followed by radiation , 2nd opinion from gustave ramsaey hospital in France reads chemo then radiotherapy then operation .
As I understand both of those approaches are based on medical research and practice but it is very confusing to me .
Doha option seams less damaging since no poinsoning from chemo but I’m worried on delayed radiotherapy since it will start after wound healing.
French option seams more damaging to body cause of CHT and RT .
Pet scan did not show any metastasis.
Anyone with same dilemma???
