Warmtepomp - Amsterdam

We have recently became owners of a house in Amsterdam. Built in the mid 80s, 104 m2 with no additional insolation work since. HR and HR+ glass troughout. Current CV Ketel is 30 years old on it's last legs. Based on the current insolation, we don't think it makes sense to do more (at least not right now) especially with the CV Ketel. Therefore, we are exploring options of a heatpump. We have gotten some offertes all in the range of 15-17k incl BTW. Heatpump goes in front ground floor (not a protected village scape) and all supporting components + boiler to the 2nd floor. We do have a preferred contractor who we also plan to carry out other work with (replacement of radiators to convectors, floor heating, solar etc). However, the heatpump offer I find to be on the high side from them, all other work is reasonable. Heat loss calculation has been done and warmtepomp sized accordingly. What do you think?
