Hi, i've been looking on youtube and discord servers for a moment now but I couldn't figure how to add new equipment through a datapack.

I aldready made datapack/ressourcepack back in 1.21 adding hats to the game, with custommodeldata and carved pumpkin, but I heard lot of things changed now and we can "create" and add new items to the game ?

Could anyone help me on that ? Thanks everyone
