I’m considering moving to 1221 Van in Navy Yard and wanted to get some honest feedback from current or recent residents.

Overall, how do you like the building? Any issues with management, noise, maintenance, package handling, elevators, etc.?

My biggest concern is the internet situation since it sounds like residents are required to use the building-provided internet/LEO service. Does the internet drop frequently or is it generally stable for work/streaming? I work from home sometimes, so reliability is important.

Also curious if there are any “wish I knew this before moving in” type things. Thanks!
