So I had a concert to go to this weekend in Atlanta. I booked through Priceline. Unfortunately the event got canceled. I was coming all the way from Philly driving thank God bc I would’ve been pisses if I had flights booked. Priceline says if you get a refund it will only be 30%. If my event has been cancelled which is out of my control does that give me a special exception to be able to get a refund? Anybody ever had a similar experience? Thanks
