I have a ~139 sq ft enclosed outdoor patio (19’ x 7’3”) with a metal floor that has some warping and seams. There’s a drain in the floor so whatever I use needs to allow water through. It has 5ft brick walls and looks pretty grim right now but it’s my only outdoor space and I work from home so I want to use it to its full potential and put some furniture out there. Does anyone have budget suggestions that don’t require too much upkeep?

Hoping to find something that:

- Looks polished

- Is easy to install/remove (ideally just rolls or lays out)

- Can handle an uneven/warped surface

- Drains well

- Low maintenance (eg I don’t trust myself to keep something like turf looking nice)

I was looking at interlocking deck tiles but the warping makes me nervous about rocking tiles. Are roll-out wood slat deck mats a good option? Any brands or products worth looking at for ~140 sq ft?

Open to other/unconventional ideas as well!

It’s a rental so nothing permanent and I’m trying not to spend too much.
