25 years ago today I was just a bit sad because my first horses foal was born a Chestnut. I wanted her to look like her arab sire and be grey. My vet told me she'd be grey and I didn't believe him. By 1 she was a strawberry roan, by 3 she was dapple grey, and by 5 she was white.
She lost the dish in her face around a year old and the backwards question mark on her forehead, but she will always perfect to me. I trained her myself and am so grateful for everything she has taught me.
I plan to own her till the day she dies and I wouldn't have it any other way. I love her more than words. My unicorn. 💜
