Hello hive mind!

I'm looking for Super Heroes TTRPGs to play and DM, could you please give me a recommendation and add a quick review of the same?

I'm looking for the following in a supe game:

1. Not a "vigilante" system but a proper super hero to emulate the likes of Marvel, Invincible, The Boys and etc...

2. Not a generic system like Gurps, SWADE and etc... super hero supplement, but a proper dedicated system

3. VTT Support

4. Active community and not a "dead" game
