Hi everyone
Well, I guess you can kind of say I am now addictive to incense.
I received another order from Japan Incense in San Fransico. I am so impressed how the samples of Gyokusho samples were packaged.
Usually, the sample sticks are very small and come in a small style holder, but not these samples. They are the full 5.5-inch full sticks two in a tube. I am very impressed.
Japan Incense also threw in Minorien Fu-in Sandalwood. I have read so many good things about this stick, too, and I was quite surprised this was an added bonus.
As you can see, I also ordered Shoyeido Autumn Leaves for my daily burn as well.
Going back to Gyokushodo, here are the samples:
Jinkoh Kojurin
Jinkoh Yozei
Jinkoh Yomei - I can't wait to try this one.
Jinkoh Hoen
Less Smokes automatically came with the samples
Jinsui Kanrin
Jinkoh Denpu
Jinsui Seikan
Seriously, my nose is not developed like a lot of folks who really get into incense. However, I am stoked to try them.
I was going to order Shoyeido Horin line samples, but I hope to next month.
Also Indian Incense is not out of the question to try either
I will make notes of each one and see if I can do a review.
So, I burn shoyeido japanese incense, and I like it very much.
But I very much miss nagsa champa.
My question is, I would like to try burning Indian incense again and was wondering if they all produce MEGA smoke?
Is there any sticks that produce less smoke?
I am so happy; I have received my order of NEI Tennendo Frankincense from Japan Incense.
Along, NEi Tennendo order; Kotaro from Japan Incense included a free sample of Minorien Frankincense, two sticks neatly put in a tube.
Everything was packed so well, and when I opened the package, I could smell a beautiful frankincense from Tennendo, and it's not even lit yet.
I will leave a review tomorrow!
I was wondering if someone can recommend
a Japanese incense that will linger long after burning.
In the past, I have uaed Shoyeido Moss Garden; Autumn. Leaves, Plum Blossom, and Eternal Treasure and LOVE all of them. However, the fragrance doesn't stay long after burning.
Does anyone know if the taller shoyeido sticks (which burn longer) leave a linger fragrance after burning?
I know I would be down grading, but I am even open to Nipon Kodo Incenese for a daily burn, and I am well they are synthetic, but I would use it for daily burning.
Does anyone have suggestions?
