Quick uniform check – Any recent updates on hoodie policy in the warehouse?

Hey all,

Just wanted to check if there’s been any official corporate or HR memo recently regarding wearing hoodies on the warehouse floor (specifically during morning merch/freezer stocking).

One of the managers mentioned it offhand today citing theft/safety, but I haven't seen any official posting or bulletin about a policy change. Is this a store-by-store manager preference, or is there an actual updated standard workwear rule coming down from corporate?

4 in collection. What else should I get?

Hey first time making a post. Wanting some more recs. So my collection (so far) from left to right:

  1. Nitecore P20iX
  2. Nitecore MH12GT,
  3. Emisar D4V2 with tint ramping and instant channel switching. Colour: Dark Grey. Switch back light color: Red. Switch retaining ring type: Raised version. Channel 1: Neutral White - SST20 4000K 95CRI. Channel 2: Warm White - SST20 2700K 95CRI
  4. Noctigon DM11, grey with blue switch back light and SBT90.2 LED

I need a charger for the batteries for the Emisar (18650 3000mAh 3.7V) and Noctigon (INR-21700-P24A, Molicel btw, I had one given to me ages ago but I had some battery sitting in there for too long and it kinda (leaked?) Which is a good one?

But to the main point of this post I guess is I am looking for more lights. I haven't bought any lights in a long time but I guess the itch has returned xD.

Am looking for something that complements these or are perhaps more noticeable upgrades of the ones I already have. Perhaps something way more throwy and/or lights that can operate at a higher brightness for longer without overheating? Have seen many brands mentioned here like Sofirn, Wurkkos etc so I guess I'm keen to give them a go or perhaps any other recommendations.

EDIT: Also a keychain light. I was given an old Nitecore TIP ages ago and yeah again, wanting something newer
