Hi! I've been looking through past occurences of reconsiderations in UST Medschool, and I saw that they do regularly open reconsideration forms for applicants. Is this a full reopening of application (open for people who did not apply during the initial application period entering as late applicants) or is it only for those who got either waitlisted or rejected during the first application period.

Considering din that this is accessed through the UST FMS portal, which is currently now closed to new applicants
