Recently got prescribed meds but one of the side effects is heat sensitivity. Hasn’t been too hot yet but worried when it’s peak summer. Has anyone gone through this and any tips if so?

Recently got prescribed Effexor and noticing the sweats and overheating. It hasn’t been too hot out yet but worried when the temperatures get 90+. Should I try something else do side effects get better?
