Hey all, glad there’s a community for this. Was diagnosed about a week ago and the accompanying tongue issues have been rather odd.

Firstly, my tongue has been super raw but only at the front. Like as if I was licking sand paper. There are there red circles that have appeared. They’re like, sore spots I guess but they’re not holes into my tongue. No bleeding, no bump, nothing like that. Just sore spots.

Secondly, everything has a metallic taste. Even the air when I talk.

Lastly, I have a slight burning tongue feeling across the back of my tongue.

Am I alone here or is anyone else experiencing this?
