What’s one annoying thing you wish you could just make disappear¿

I’ve been trying to get better at solving real problems instead of just sitting around learning things and building random projects that nobody asked for.

So I’m looking for something small and annoying to work on.

Maybe there’s something you keep doing manually, a process that makes no sense, something you constantly have to organize, research, rewrite, check, copy, follow up on, etc.

It doesn’t have to be a “business problem” or anything impressive. Honestly, boring is probably better.

If something immediately comes to mind, what is it?

I can’t promise I’ll be able to solve it I’m trying to figure that out as I go but if it’s something I can actually get my hands on, I’d be interested in taking a shot at it.

What's one boring task in your business you wish you could get rid of?

I'm curious about something.

If you run a small business, what's one repetitive task that keeps eating your time?

Not the huge problems like "getting more customers" or "increasing revenue."

I mean the annoying little things you keep having to do:

copying information between places

chasing people for information

checking things

preparing reports

updating spreadsheets

sending the same follow-ups

organizing messy information

answering the same questions over and over

What's yours?

I'm trying to understand these problems from the ground level rather than guessing what businesses need.

What task makes you think, "I really wish I didn't have to do this anymore"?

What repetitive task in your business do you wish you could get rid of¿

Business owners/operators

What’s one small, repetitive task in your business you’d love to never have to do again?

I’m not talking about some huge strategic problem.

I mean the boring little thing that keeps coming back.

Chasing someone for information.

Copying data from one place to another.

Checking something for the tenth time.

Putting together the same report.

Following up with people.

Updating a spreadsheet that somehow never stays updated.

The kind of task where you think, “Why am I still doing this?”

What’s yours?

And roughly how often do you have to do it?

I’m doing some research and genuinely want to understand the boring problems people actually deal with day after day.
