Hi everyone,
I own a modern 623 m² warehouse in northern Poland, just a few minutes from the S6 expressway.
The building has:
623 m² floor space
6+ meter ceiling height
Heating
Truck access
Office and social facilities
Large parking and maneuvering area
I originally planned to rent it out, but now I’m also considering starting my own business there.
If this warehouse belonged to you and your goal was to build a business worth €1–5 million over the next 10 years, what would you do?
I’m open to manufacturing, logistics, e-commerce, B2B services, niche industries, or anything with strong long-term potential.
I’d really appreciate ideas from people who have actually built businesses or work in these industries.
