Does anyone have a mod similar to this one https://modrinth.com/mod/next-fabric-bedrock-miner but can break command blocks and barrier blocks on servers it lets me break them in singleplayer but not servers

Trollhack and rusherhacknwont load together any fixes?
I can't find any mods that help with trollhack and rusherhack loading together but I did find a fix for it on GitHub but idk how to install it I'm used to just downloading a .jar
