Concerned about withdrawals initiated on. 6/17 no reason to be held and no answer from support
I requested withdrawals on June 17 from CardCrush and still haven’t received them. What’s making this worse is that every support agent gives me a completely different explanation
• “It was processed.”
• “It’s under review.”
• “The review was completed.”
• “There’s a provider technical issue.”
• “We can’t resend it until the provider finishes their review.”
My bank confirmed no ACH deposits were ever initiated, not pending or rejected — literally nothing was sent.
The receipts show MassPay, so it looks like the June 17 MassPay batch never transmitted. Meanwhile, withdrawals I made on June 22 arrived within 24 hours with no issues and were for the about same amount.
I’ve asked for a follow up and l continue to get the runaround. never had an issue and been playing for about 1 yr and never an issue with withdrawals.
Has anyone dealt with this and successfully had their withdrawal released? What’s the best next step?
