Any tea on Nour Chbany? She’s Moroccan, married to an Egyptian and they live in Dubai. I just know that she went to GWA in Casablanca and did university in NYC. She met her husband on Raya when she was in nyc.

any tea on this girl? I used to follow her years ago and I would watch her lives. She‘s Moroccan, lived in London at the time and she had a clothing brand, and liked to sing. But now I see that she’s deleted everything so I wonder if anyone knows why?

Hello! I’m 24, after getting diagnosed last summer with pcos my endocrinologist prescribed me spironolactone 75mg. At first my cycle became more regular but then I started bleeding multiple times a month.. I ended up stopping it around late November.
I went to see a new endocrinologist recently and she said she will give me spironolactone but with 50mg and she will pair it with either birth control or myo-inositol, she’s basically giving me the choice and also waiting on my new blood test results (my testosterone is now even higher I found out).
i have been taking inositol for more than a year now and there is NO difference, but i found out it wasn’t a good dose. but still it’s been more than a year, + also drinking spearmint tea for the past few months.
The thing is I would love to just pair Spiro with a good myo-inositol bc for the longest I’ve been trying to treat it naturally but I’m so done with my acne and hirsutism that I think birth control would work faster.. what do you think is the most efficient?
