How do i reach out to my congress man? is it by email or a physical mail? please help!

I just tried to apply for Canada visa. i click yes on the alien resident part. After that it says i didn't need a visa. How did you guys get your visa? This is for those with Canada visa.

I have finally gone through point of entry in Dallas Texas with my parole. I was pulled into their office for second verification as expected. They called me in for fingerprint and photograph, after they did their checks, they sent me on my way. The date signed on my parole document was one year. I didn't have a card; I used the paper parole document which is valid until 2030. it was signed and stamped for one year at the point of entry. I think this means, whenever i travel again, I wouldn't need another stamp until the one year.

I left the United States on the 19th of march and returned 18th May. I visited Nigeria and China, I was not asked about my trip.

A little back story, i came in 2016, left same 2016, came back and got married. My adjustment of status was denied in 2023. I filled for Vawa in 2024. i got RFE in 2025, responded and haven't heard from them. it's been a year since I applied for my work permit as well and still haven't received it, but they sent approval receipts.

When i left the United States in March I was ready for whatever. i flew Turkish airline and there were no issues at all.

Well, i will be traveling again in June. But before I leave this time, I would reach out to my congress man about my work permit.
