How do I get rid of these popups?
I've checked settings and can't seem to make them stop. Pretty annoying.

Hercules Left Handed Cobalt Drill Bits
Has anyone used these, and I'm curious what you think. I have a fairly frequent need to extract bolts, and the HSS left handed bits are OK, but I'd like a set of cobalt ones.
Also, is there any way to tell when my local store might have them back in stock? The closest location to me that has them is about 120 miles away, and I can't justify a trip out there to grab them. My local store hasn't been able to give me an answer on if/when they might be getting them back in stock.
Still a spot on the shelf for them with a price tag, just no information so I've been checking the website every day for a month or so now, and checking in person when I need to go in.

Teen/Young Adult book - Random black pages throughout
So I read this book, maybe a series, back in like 2005-2009 I think.
I do not remember the plot, other than I think at one point a character fell into a frozen lake.
What I do remember is there was like this covert agency involved, and the book had these like random black pages where the agents would either talk or like email each other back and forth talking about what was going on in the book with the characters.
