What are some good dwelling options to get for items or bonuses.
I'm not looking for main stat boosts or heals.

Until recently, the best way to make additional profit after mining That 70's Volcano was not to autosell your gold but rather to propose a trade to "torturebot" which would give you an additional 300 meat per item.
I'm not sure how torturebot makes up for that increased value for tons upon tons of gold being traded to it...?
But now, I've noticed that the August IOTM - interesting coin gives an option to buy pants which add 5% more Meat when selling stuff.
This significantly increases the base value of 19700 meat, torturebot value of 20000 meat and brings us to a new high of 20685 Meat.
Will the torturebot take this into consideration and even further increase the trade value?
It would be great if they went to 20685 Meat to stop operating at a loss (potentially) and offer the players without this IOTM a better income.
